We want 12 motivated individuals per session who want fitness success

·    Diverse location-based training will get you out of the gym to challenge you mentally and physically (outdoor sessions at parks, stadiums, trails)

·    Cardio and circuit training plus core, flexibility and self-care practices.

·    Unique experience packed with valuable tools, information, and training.

Rate: $350 per person

Day/Time: Monday-Friday 6-7am (except July 4)
