Team Training Option

Team Training is for 2 or more people working together toward a common goal in a more personalized training setting.  This is a great option for people with similar fitness levels and abilities, or for those who have in common specific goals or physical considerations such as injuries.

2-4 people per 45 min:  $25 each

5-8 people per 45 min:  $20 each
